I booked this hotel for its great location in the heart of the city center of Queretaro. Being my first visit to the city, I wanted to be close to all the historic sites and attractions, and this hotel did not disappoint. It was just a short walk away from everything I wanted to explore.

All was in order with this hotel, no complaints.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Situated in a very quiet area and close to the city center, you are always in the right spot. the property has a beautiful central courtyard that's perfect for relaxing. the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Not to mention, the breakfast is top-notch and always freshly cooked ! the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Plus, the level of care they provide is truly exceptional.

Some historic hotels in the city have better quality service.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a very quiet area. The rooms were uniquely designed with three levels, and we loved having a separate sitting area on the first floor. The attention to detail was impressive, with a small fridge included in the suite. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close enough to the city center for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the accommodation.

Nice amenities, great location the hotel had some great amenities, such as a bar and a small refrigerator in the room. the location was ideal, close to the city center but far enough away from the noise. It was also easy to walk to many nearby attractions. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always willing to help out with any questions.

There were dusty lampshades and other fixtures, and the room wasn't always made up with fresh linens and towels every day.

Perfect Location and Great Staff

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance from the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city really easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. They made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. Another great aspect of the hotel was the beautiful and peaceful environment, where you could relax and unwind after a long day of touring the city.

Most of the rooms had limited amenities, lacking a TV and coffee making facilities, which made it difficult to wind down in the mornings or evenings. The hotel is located in a busy area, so it can be quite noisy at times, especially during rush hour or weekends.

We loved the hotel's beautiful and authentic rooms and courtyard, especially in the front area of the suite. It's in a great location, right in the centro and close to the city center, making transportation and parking easy to find. The staff, particularly Lydia and the front desk team, were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
